Duration\/ session: 90 minutes. The day and the time of the groups will remain the same throughout the process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ANXIETY MANAGEMENT GROUP <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Who can participate in the \u201canxiety management group\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">All registered students of EUC, who are interested in gaining a better understanding about anxiety provoking situations, life stressors and ways to cope with them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>How does the group work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The aim of the group is both psychoeducation and the development of coping skills for anxiety.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Start and duration <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The first English session begins on Mon 26\/2 at 11.30 am. Eight sessions will be conducted on a weekly basis. Duration\/session: 90 minutes.
