{"id":34097,"date":"2022-10-19T08:35:20","date_gmt":"2022-10-19T05:35:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/euc.ac.cy\/?p=34097"},"modified":"2022-10-19T08:41:22","modified_gmt":"2022-10-19T05:41:22","slug":"anxiety-management-group-oct22","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/euc.ac.cy\/en\/anxiety-management-group-oct22\/","title":{"rendered":"Anxiety Management Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Who can participate in the \u201canxiety management group\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All registered students of European University Cyprus, who are interested in gaining a better understanding about anxiety provoking situations, life stressors and ways to cope with them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How does the group work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the group is both psychoeducation and the development of coping skills for anxiety.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Start date and Duration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first session begins on Tuesday 25\/10\/2022 at 12pm (In Greek) and on Thursday 27\/10\/22 at 2pm (In English). Eight sessions in total will be conducted on a weekly basis. The duration of each session is 2 hours. The groups will be held in Greek and English language. The day and the time of the groups will remain the same throughout the process:<\/p>\n<p><strong>In Greek Language<\/strong>: Tuesday 12pm- 2pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>In English Language: <\/strong>Thursday 2pm- 4pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation cost:<\/strong><br \/>\nAll services offered from KEPSYPA are free of charge to EUC students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How can I participate in the group?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can either call us at 22559509 or send us an email at kepsypa@euc.ac.cy and show your interest. Then, you will be invited in a one to one meeting in order to discuss the context of the group and a final decision will be made about your participation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality.<br \/>\n&#8211; The group will be closed. Hereby, no new members will be<br \/>\nadded after the beginning of the group.<br \/>\n&#8211; Participants are expected to be present in all sessions.
