It\u2019s sort of magnetic and certainly very interesting to watch how a director or an actor narrate different topics that certainly feel familiar to most students. Good Will Hunting (1997)<\/strong><\/p>\n Every star was aligned during this period for besties Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Damon plays Will, a math genius that works as a janitor at MIT who manages to solve an absurdly difficult math problem set by professor Lambeau. That\u2019s when the professor takes the initiative to introduce him to therapist Sean Maguire played by Robin Williams. Williams\u2019 stellar performance as Maguire won him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. The film also received an Oscar for best original screenplay and if it wasn\u2019t for \u201cTitanic\u201d, this would have ruled the awards!<\/p>\n Clueless (1995)<\/strong><\/p>\n A paradigm of how carefree, laugh-out-loud, \u201cbubble-gummy\u201d college comedies should look like, \u201cClueless\u201d set the bar for the genre so films such as \u201cMean Girls\u201d would come along. Alicia Silverstone is as-spoiled-as-it-gets Cher and she and her friends are the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of Beverly Hills Highschool graduates. When she falls in love with ordinary guy Josh (Paul Rudd) who constantly mocks her glittery lifestyle, things get hilarious!<\/p>\n The Social Network (2010)<\/strong><\/p>\n Or else \u201cHow Facebook was created\u201d, the story follows Harvard student Mark Zuckerberg (Jesse Eisenberg), the obstacles he managed to overcome and the enemies he made along the way to creating, what would later become, the platform that changed the way we communicate forever.<\/p>\n American Pie (1999)<\/strong><\/p>\n A teen comedy that somehow managed to balance its raw portraying of growing up with a lot of non-stop gut-busting comical situations the cast was being put through! Its success led to the creation of a movie saga that included four sequels and four movie spin-offs!<\/p>\n The perks of being a wallflower (2012)<\/strong><\/p>\n Logan Lerman portrays Charlie, an introvert geeky freshman whose senior friends (along with them Sam, played by Emma Watson on one of her first after-Potter attempts) help him in his coming of age.
